What’s in season?

Our commitment to using only seasonal organic produce is reflected in each dish we serve.

Scotlands seasonal calendar

This is a quick reference page for scotland’s seasonal produce.

Food in season is at its best and whilst some foods may not be available out of season, others will be. We recommend catering with foods in season as they will have their full nutrient content and maximum flavour.

Always be on the look out for great looking seasonal produce whether for your next event or simply cooking at home.
